Classes at the HUB
Workshops and demos at 631 Chafee Ave. Garden, kitchen, fiber, and a kids track.




What you will do
Learn it with your hands

The garden
Organic methods, seasonal planting, soil, and water you can take home.

The kitchen
Canning, curing, bread, and a pantry that lasts past harvest day.

The farm
Raising livestock and processing animals for food, taught on the farm.

Make and gather
Fiber, soap, candles, and the crafts that turn a homestead into a home.
Two ALG homes
The farm and the HUB
Friday lives at the Teaching Farm on 4H Club Road. Saturday lives at the HUB for Innovation on Chafee Avenue. You will move with the work: dirt one day, kitchen and classroom the next.
